This video highlights a great concern for the church - both the declining population of Western nations and the rise in Islamic populations.  It brings two prayers to my mind - that the Lord would free these historically Christian nations from their hopelessness, self-focus and lack of vision for the future and bringing children in to God's world.   Secondly, a prayer for the Muslim world, that the church would provide a witness to the Muslim world that bring many Muslims to faith in Jesus Christ.

Our church was highlighted today in the local newspaper, describing what we are doing with churches in Israel, and in this case with Bethlehem Presbyterian Church and Pastor Danny Awad.

This was a big deal, not only was Amy Umble from the Free Lance Star at the service, but so was Rob Whitman, our United States Representative and Mark Cole, our Virginia state delegate.
